Description Field of the invention [0001] The invention relates to a method for switching the time display mode of an electronic watch with analog display, and to the associated watch. Background of the invention [0002] Document EP 2 021 880 B1 is known, describing a watch making it possible to temporarily display the time of another time zone and to automatically return to the initial time zone. The second hand is then used to point to a city associated with the time zone whose time is displayed. One drawback is that it is necessary to adjust the watch if the user wants the time in the other time zone to remain displayed. EP 2 362 277 A1 and EP 2008 159 B1 are also known, describing watches making it possible to selectively display the time in one or the other of two time zones. The time zone displayed is indicated in a window in the case of document EP 2 362 277 A1, and by means of a dedicated hand in the case of document EP 2008 159 B1. One drawback is that it is not possible to display the time of two time zones simultaneously.
权利要求:
Claims (15) [1] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The aim of the present invention is to at least partially overcome the drawbacks mentioned above. To this end, according to a first aspect, the invention relates to a method for switching a time display mode of an electronic watch with analog display, comprising, following manipulation of a member watch command, a permutation of: - the position of the main means of time indication of the watch, so that they pass from the indication of a first hour to the indication of a second hour, - the position of secondary means of time indication of the watch, so that they pass from the indication of the second hour to the indication of the first hour - the position of an analog indicator of the time display mode of the watch, so that it changes from a first position characteristic of the first mode to a second position characteristic of the second mode. According to the invention, it is possible to simultaneously display a first hour (advantageously, the hour in a first time zone) and a second hour (advantageously, the hour in a second time zone), and this so much that the actuating means is not manipulated. The first hour is displayed by the main means of time indication, while the second hour is displayed by the secondary means of time indication. When the actuating means is manipulated, the two hours remain simultaneously displayed, but by the time indication means which are reversed: the first hour is then displayed by the secondary time indication means, while the second hour is displayed by the main means of time indication. The analog indicator indicates which time is displayed on which timekeeping means. If the indicator is in the characteristic position of the first mode, this means that the main means of time indication display the first hour. On the contrary, if the indicator is in the characteristic position of the second mode, it means that the main means of time indication display the second hour. The indicator is advantageously a needle, pointing in a first direction to indicate the first mode, and pointing in a second direction to indicate the second mode. In a nonlimiting embodiment, following an initial actuation of the control member produced in a temporary interval preceding the manipulation, the method comprises placing the indicator in the first characteristic position of the first mode, from a first working position of the indicator. According to this embodiment, the indicator is not dedicated to the indication of the time displayed by the main means. It only has this role following an initial actuation of the control unit. Thus, before the initial actuation, it is in a first working position. The indicator is for example the second hand, and the first working position is the position of the second hand at the time of the initial actuation of the control member. In addition, advantageously, following the permutation of the position of the analog indicator, the method comprises placing the indicator in a second working position, from the second characteristic position of the second mode. Following the indication of the second mode by the indicator, the indicator is returned to a second working position, which advantageously corresponds to the current second if the indicator is the second hand. In a non-limiting embodiment, the first hour and the second hour correspond to hours according to two different time zones. According to a second aspect, the invention relates to an electronic watch with analog display, allowing a permutation of a time display mode, comprising: CH 715 204 A2 - Main means of time indication - Secondary means of time indication - An indicator of a time display mode - A control device configured so that manipulation of the control device switches: • the position of the main time indication means so that they pass from the indication of a first hour to the indication of a second hour, • the position of the secondary time indication means so that they pass from the indication of the second hour to the indication of the first hour, • the position of the indicator so that it passes from a first position characteristic of the first mode to a second position characteristic of the second mode. In a nonlimiting embodiment, the control member is configured so that an initial actuation of the control member, carried out in a temporary interval preceding the manipulation, places the indicator in the first characteristic position of the first mode, from a first working position of the indicator. In a nonlimiting embodiment, the control member is configured to, following the permutation of the position of the indicator, place the indicator in a second working position, from the second characteristic position of the second fashion. In a nonlimiting embodiment, the indicator is the second hand, temporarily assigned to the indication of the time display mode following the initial actuation of the control member. In a non-limiting embodiment, the indicator is dedicated to indicating the time display mode. In this case, the indicator only takes two positions: the first position indicating the first mode, or the second position indicating the second mode. The indicator has no other functions. In addition, advantageously, the indicator is a needle. In this case, the needle points in a first direction to indicate the first mode, and points in a second direction to indicate the second mode. Alternatively, the indicator is a disc, a portion of which is visible under a watch window. In this case, the disc has two portions, one or the other may be visible through the window, each portion comprising a symbol representative of one of the modes. In a non-limiting embodiment, the main means of time indication are an hour hand and a minute hand, and the secondary means of time indication are a GMT hand. In a non-limiting embodiment, the first hour and the second hour correspond to hours according to two different time zones. In a non-limiting embodiment, the watch includes a date display configured to display the date according to the time zone, the time of which is displayed by the main time display means. Indeed, the change of time zone can cause the change of the date. It is therefore important that the date display is synchronized with the date in the time zone, the time of which is displayed by the main time display means. In a non-limiting embodiment, the control member is a crown with at least two axial positions. Manipulation of the control member can then be a short press on the crown. Summary description of the drawings [0028] Other particularities and advantages will emerge clearly from the description which is given below, for information and in no way limitative, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: fig. 1 shows an electronic watch according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 2 shows steps of a method for switching the time display mode of the watch in FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the invention, CH 715 204 A2 fig. 3 shows the watch of FIG. 1, following an initial actuation of the crown, according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 4 shows the watch of FIG. 1, when the initial actuation is not followed by a subsequent manipulation of the crown, according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 5 shows the watch of FIG. 1, following manipulation of the crown according to the initial actuation, according to one embodiment of the invention, FIG. 6 shows the watch of FIG. 1, within a certain time after handling, according to a first embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of the preferred embodiments The invention relates to an electronic MT watch with analog display, as shown in FIG. 1. The MT watch includes: - Main means of indicating time PR, including an hour hand and a minute hand. These main means of time indication PR initially indicate the time in a first time zone. - Secondary means of SE time indication, including a GMT ("Greenwich Mean Time") hand. We note that in watchmaking, the acronym GMT is used to designate watches which indicate on the dial, thanks to an additional hour hand, a second time zone, i.e. the exact time of a city located in another time zone, without necessarily being Greenwich time. The secondary time indication means SE initially indicate the time in a second time zone. - An IN indicator of a time display mode. A first mode of time display corresponds to the following situation: the main means of time indication PR indicate the time according to the first time zone, and the secondary means of time indication SE indicate the time according to the second time zone. Conversely, a second time display mode corresponds to the following situation: the main time indication means PR indicate the time according to the second time zone, and the secondary time indication means SE indicate the time according to the first time zone. In a first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the IN indicator does not only provide the time mode indication function, but also performs another function. In this case, the indicator IN is advantageously the second hand, and from time to time said second hand is assigned to the indication of the time display mode, as explained below. In a second embodiment not shown, the indicator is dedicated to indicating the time display mode, and only provides this function. In this case, the indicator is for example a dedicated needle or a disc, a portion of which is visible under a window. - An AND control member whose manipulation causes the displacement of the main means of time indication PR, secondary means of time indication SE, and of the indicator IN of the time display mode. The control member ET is advantageously a crown with at least two axial positions, in which case manipulating the control member is equivalent to exerting a short pressure on the crown. The invention also relates to a method PO for switching the time display mode of the watch MT previously described, the first embodiment of which (the indicator IN of the time display mode is the hand of the seconds) is described below with reference to figs. 2 and following. As explained above, the watch MT is initially in the first display mode: the main means of time indication PR indicate the time according to the first time zone, and the secondary means of time indication SE indicate the time according to the second time zone. In the example shown in fig. 1 showing the initial state of the MT watch, the time in the first time zone is 10:05 a.m., the time in the second time zone is 8:05 a.m. The IN indicator of the time display mode being the second hand, it initially displays the current second, it looks like it is in the first working position. Referring to FIG. 3, in a step E1, the control member AND undergoes an initial actuation (in the example described, by this is meant that the crown undergoes a first short press). The IN indicator then temporarily moves to a first position (here, it moves at 10 o'clock), to indicate that the MT watch is initially in the first display mode. Referring to FIG. 4, in a step E2, if the control member AND does not undergo any subsequent manipulation (here, a second short press) within a certain time, for example 5 seconds, then the indicator IN resumes its function of indicating the seconds and takes a second working position in which it advantageously indicates the second in progress. Referring to FIG. 5, in a step E3, if on the contrary the control member AND undergoes a subsequent manipulation (here, a second short press) within the certain time, then permutations of: - the position of the main time indication means PR of the watch MT, so that they pass from the time indication according to the first time zone to the time indication according to the second time zone. In the example shown, the main means of time indication PR now display 8:05. CH 715 204 A2 - the position of the secondary time indication means SE of the watch MT, so that they pass from the indication of the time according to the second time zone to the indication of the time according to the first time zone. In the example shown, the secondary time indication means SE now display 10:05. - the position of the IN indicator of the time display mode of the MT watch, so that it changes from the first characteristic position of the first mode to the second characteristic position of the second mode. In the example shown, the second hand moves at 2 o'clock. Advantageously, the permutations can be immediately canceled by a new manipulation of the AND control member (here, by a third short press on the crown). It is noted that it is possible that the watch MT includes a display of the dates QU and that the date associated with the main means of time indication PR changes after the permutations. It is therefore important that the date display QU always follow the time zone displayed by the main means of time indication PR. Referring to FIG. 6, in a step E4 occurring within a certain time after the step E3 (for example 5 seconds), the indicator IN of the display mode resumes its function of indicating the seconds and therefore repositions itself in a second position of work where it indicates the second in progress. In the second embodiment of the method, the indicator is dedicated to indicating the time display mode. In this case, only step E3 occurs when the AND control member is manipulated. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example but is susceptible to various variants and modifications which will appear to those skilled in the art. claims 1.
